  • You must be enrolled in a high-deductible health plan to qualify. No opening deposit required; however account must be funded within 90 days of opening. There is no charge for eSTATEMENTS ($5 per month for paper statements). Check with your employer for information on annual contribution limits and “catch-up” contribution amounts. Please consult a tax or legal professional for specific information about rules that may apply.
